KOVA was launching their first capsule collection with no content team, no edit pipeline, and three weeks to build enough Reels to make the launch feel like a cultural moment rather than just a product drop.
Three weeks, no internal editor, and a product window that wouldn't reopen. Everything had to come together fast or the moment was gone.
Our Strategy
We built a three-day edit sprint — briefing, cutting, and refining three Reels simultaneously. Each video was engineered for a different stage of the buyer journey: awareness, desire, and urgency. Sound design was built to match the brand's fashion-week tone.
Our strategy included influencer partnerships with micro-influencers who embodied clppr's aesthetic and values, creating authentic content that resonated with their target audience.
